Initally, I had many advanced home search features on my website, but I had them removed when I realized after researching that 90% of home buyers prefer to use their mobile phone when searching.

Now with a tap of a button on your phone you can easily look at new listings and share what you like with your spouse, friends, family members… or me!  You can even share the app with them so they can enjoy this best in class home search app too!

Two ways to DOWNLOAD Your Home Search App:  (if you are on your computer use first option)

• Grab your mobile phone and turn on your camera
• Hover your camera over the QR code 
• When you see the circle icon appear, click it and you’ll see a link appear
• Click the link and you’ll be taken to a page where you will see a “DOWNLOAD”  button at the top of your screen, tap it!
• The app will download in seconds – when complete, open the app and follow the prompts for access
• Unlike Zillow, there are no agents to hound you, no ads, and your contact information will never be sold or shared – I am the only person who can see this information along with the properties you save to your account.  This will help me serve you better because I’ll be able to see what type and style of properties you like.  If you ever decide to end your home search, you can delete the app from your phone at any time.

A few features to explore:

• Pre-set button for “Nearby Homes” – when your phone GPS is turned on, you can literally be anywhere and tap this icon to see all available homes for sale
• Pre-set button for “Reduced Price” – tap the icon to see all listings that have recently had a price reduction
• Pre-set button for “New Listings” – tap the icon to see all new listings that have come on the market in the last 24 hours
• Tap my picture or the “Contact Your Agent” button to reach me in the way that you prefer
• Tap the “Advanced Search” icon to enter your home search preferences
• Tap the map icon on lower right below the main icons above and you can search using a map – zoom into neighborhoods and subdivisions
• You can save searches and you can save properties with one click
• Get driving directions with a tap of a button (when you select a specific property, tap the arrow on bottom menu bar and it will provide Google Maps Directions automatically without you having to type anything)
